-
Users feel stressed about unexpected steps in the cooking process
-
Users feel stressed if they experience unfamiliar techniques or cooking terminology

Users would like better information about preparation time Users would like better information on unusual ingredients
Personas
Summary
Customers feels stressed about preparation and steps & techniques. Specifically, people feel stressed about complex recipes/techniques, unfamiliar ingredients, and cooking instructions (steps not clear). Most customers have a busy schedule, and when preparing meals in the evening would like recipes to more accurately reflect time needed for the recipe, and recipe steps being more clear (preparation, timing, techniques)
